Second-hand vintage watches, each one a single piece. Every listing states the maison, model, article number, condition, measurements and price. The photographs show the actual piece for sale.
The watches are between twenty and forty-five years old and show wear consistent with their age. Every visible mark is described in the listing and documented in the photographs. Marks described in the listing do not constitute a lack of conformity.
Prices are in euro and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown before the order is completed. Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties and taxes, payable by the recipient.
The order is completed upon payment. Before paying, the customer reviews and accepts these terms. A confirmation email with the order details follows.
Payment is processed by Stripe: credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay. Card details are handled by Stripe and never pass through the seller's systems.
Shipping is by DHL international express, tracked and insured, within 3 working days of payment. The tracking number is sent by email. The seller ships to Italy, the European Union and the rest of the world.
A consumer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason (Italian Consumer Code, art. 52 ff.). Withdrawal is exercised by an explicit statement sent to m2watchevintage@gmail.com, optionally using the model form.
The watch must be returned intact and in the condition in which it was received, with any seal unbroken. Return shipping is at the customer's expense. The refund is issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of their dispatch, using the original payment method.
As the goods are second-hand, the parties agree that the legal guarantee of conformity is reduced to 12 months from delivery, under art. 133 of the Italian Consumer Code. The customer expressly accepts this reduction at the time of purchase. The guarantee does not cover wear described in the listing, nor damage from misuse, impact, water or work carried out by third parties.
Each watch exists in a single piece. If the piece has already been sold at the moment of payment, the order is cancelled and the amount refunded in full.
Complaints go to m2watchevintage@gmail.com and are answered within 14 days. If no agreement is reached, the consumer may turn to an alternative dispute resolution body listed by the Italian ministry, under art. 141 ff. of the Italian Consumer Code. Consumers resident in another EU country may contact the European Consumer Centres Network (ECC-Net). The EU ODR platform has not been operational since 20 July 2025. The competent court remains that of the consumer's place of residence or domicile.
These terms are governed by Italian law. In case of divergence between the Italian and English versions, the Italian version prevails.
