Card details never reach the seller's systems: they are handled by Stripe. The shipping address stays in Stripe's records and is not duplicated in our systems.
Processors: Hetzner Online GmbH or Aruba S.p.A. (hosting, European Union), Stripe (payments, EU and United States, under standard contractual clauses), Brevo — Sendinblue SAS (email delivery, France). Data is never sold or shared for marketing.
Visit statistics are collected by software installed on our own server. It sets no cookies and collects no personal or individually identifying data.
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent. Requests to m2watchevintage@gmail.com are answered within 30 days.
Anyone who believes their data is processed in breach of the GDPR may lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (Piazza Venezia 11, 00187 Rome, garanteprivacy.it), or take the matter to court.
Data needed for the purchase and shipment is required: without it the order cannot be fulfilled. The email address for new arrivals is optional and does not affect the purchase.
The site is not intended for anyone under 18.
We do not sell or share personal information for advertising and use no advertising pixels. The site does not respond to browser «Do Not Track» signals because it performs no cross-site tracking. CCPA rights may be exercised at the address above.
